Mineralz Evolution builder mode tutorial

Hi!

This is a beginner friendly tutorial of an arcade map in Starcraft 2 video game called "MineralZ Evolution". Arcade mode is free to play. Link to article. Starcraft 2 is available on PC and Mac.
Don't confuse with other similar maps like "mineralz survival", "-mineralz evolution-" with six minerals and others.

The outcome of the game is decided largely on the actions at the very start. The goal is to get to +6 mining on your probe by the middle of night 1. When day 2 comes around, all players should use the command [C1] "-builder 1". It's the same as writing any other chat message. Hit enter, type "-builder 1" and hit enter to confirm.

In short, there are 3 major setup steps

• pick colour [A1]
• pick probe skill [A2]
• pick probe skin [A3]

and three in-game actions

• share economy [B1]
• give unit control [B2]
• upgrading probe mining to +6 before day 2 [B3]

Increase PS4 storage

Hello!

Here's my journey of how I increased my PlayStation 4 (PS4) storage from 500 Gb to 2 Tb.
I bought a Samsung M9T 2TB 9.5mm SATA 2.5 inch Internal Hard Drive. Link to product Amazon. I feel that any smaller just isn't viable for serious use. The games with all expansions and dlc's take up a lot of space. And switching multiple games on the fly becomes really slow if space allocation and re-installation is involved. Even with a fast Internet connection it takes considerable amount of time before a game is ready to play.

After that get a flash drive with FAT32 allocation table format and free up around 900 Mb space for the playstation 4 update file. Here's a link to the full ps4 firmware update. It's easy to miss the small link to full version if you're going through the Sony website.

On the flash drive create folder PS4. Inside the new folder create another called UPDATE. Use names in all caps. Then download update file to this path. At the time I used update 2.51 which was 785 Mb large.

Now, after inserting the new hard drive into PS4, connecting flash drive to one USB and by wire connecting ps4 controller, hold the ps4 power button for 7 seconds. There will be a second beep, console will boot in safe mode. From the menu select option "Initialize PS4 (Reinstall System Software)".

I have PSplus subscription and I didn't need to back-up saved games or trophies. This could vary in your case. That is, I have automatic back-up enabled.

Hopefully all goes well and you should be able to enjoy bigger storage.

MineralZ Evolution

It's a map for the arcade mode of Starcraft 2 video game. It's a 5 player map, but I tried playing it solo to find out how far I could get. Survival to night 5 unlocks a better worker unit. Next unlockable reward is at night 12.

I wanted to make a tutorial that would introduce new people to the basics of the game, but after getting no further than night 6 (I perished on night 7, but reaching night doesn't count towards unlocks - only fully cleared nights count) I'll resort to ranting about it. I'll still make a video that will cover everything I've learned so far. Not anymore. I've successfully cleared the game once and unlocked archon skin.

For now though the best way is to continue going into matches, survive more and more nights, unlock improvements and learn the game. I have some screen-shots of a formidable base defense. Enjoy!

Web matters

Internet is an awesome connection tool. It makes banking easier with online banking, there's Skype calls that function like phones. It enables collective knowledge base like Wikipedia. Ever wonder how it's all possible? Here's a few very useful online resources that have helped me out a bunch:

• Web powering technology reference - W3Schols
• Learning resource - Sitepoint.
• Useful community answers - Stack overflow

Long story short, HTML is the web document language, CSS adds formatting and visual presentation tweaks, JavaScript adds dynamic element to otherwise static HTML content on client side, web browser translates HTML, CSS and runs JavaScript to display the resulting web-page on computer.
